An elevator will take you up to the third floor and then you will enter the uniquely decorated condo. There are King size beds and "King" size bedrooms. Each bedroom has a different décor beginning with a fishing theme with prints and a large lure in the master bedroom then on to the southwest theme with beautiful hand finished furniture in the second bedroom then finally an antique theme in the third bedroom with a 4 poster bed. The living area has a duck theme with carved decoys and original art work. The kitchen area is decorated in a rooster theme with beautiful wall plates. Each king size bed has a the- top -of the line mattresses with spreads to match the decor. The condo is a walk in level unit so there are no stairs to go up or down and it is located on the end of the complex so it's just a very short walk to the Marina and pool.The kitchen has newer granite countertops. There are flat screen HDTV TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. The enclosed sunroom has a view of Table Rock Lake. There is so much more to enjoy. There is NO outdoor grill. We have tried to remove it from our listing but some people are still seeing it. The insurance company made us remove the grill from the property.While staying in Emerald Bay you will find yourself just a short drive from all of the Branson attractions. But if you are just coming to enjoy the beauty of Table Rock Lake, you can get here without fighting any of the Branson traffic. If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat trailer storage/parking options adjacent to the property, and a boat ramp within rock throwing distance of the condo. Branson Landing is only 9.6 miles, the Outlet Malls are 11 miles, Silver Dollar City is just 14 miles away. Most of the shows are only 10 or 15 minutes away.
