Queen bedroom with large windows, 12' ceilings and closet located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with tub / shower. 3rd Bedroom is a four seasons sunroom / sitting room with multiple large windows over looking the large courtyard. This room has (1) pull out couch and (1) Queen bed with night stands and dresser. Step into the large relaxing courtyard with plenty of room for entertaining family and guests. This area has a large (8) person hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, and a in the ground pool with a 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the pool area for your privacy. All (3) bedrooms have flat screen smart televisions and wifi provided. This property offers private parking in rear with private entrance to courtyard and roadside parking as well if needed.
