You have the entire home to yourself, including laundry room and backyard.The unit is the main floor and has private access to the laundry room and backyard.The downstairs-basement unit is also a vacation home with their own private access, apart from the main house. There is no crossover interaction.You can however, expect normal transfer of noise.
