Ski Brian Head and Eagle Point from November through April. You can play on the mountains and stay where the altitude will not bother you. If this unit is not the very nicest in Giant Steps, it has to be near the top of the list. This unit was completely remodeled with completion in January 2014. This remodel included new lighting, flooring, cabinets, doors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and walk in tile showers in both the master and guest bathroom.This unit has it's own dedicated wireless access to the internet so you don't have issues accessing the internet through the shared complex router.This unit has been furnished with a new pillow top queen mattress in the master bedroom and all new linens and towels. It has a new leather sofa sleeper and leather love seat. There is a new 50' Smart TV in the family room and a new 39' flat screen in the master bedroom. Our condo is next to the Giant Steps Ski Lift & Lodge. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the lifts, restaurants, Brian Head General Store, and tubing hill. Enjoy quick access to the ski lifts as well as mountain biking trails & hiking in the summer months. Bristlecone Park is south of our building which offers sledding/tubing in the winter months as well as fishing, kayaking, picnic tables, basketball, pickle ball & volleyball courts along with fire pits in the summer. (Outdoor equipment provided)Our condo has been beautifully remodeled and has 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom’s (Sleeps 6). The master bedroom has a king size bed and separate bathroom. The upstairs loft has a queen size bed plus built-in twin bunk beds with 2nd bathroom. The second loft/kids room has 2 twin beds with lots of games. Laundry closet is also located upstairs. Our condo is great for families with ample room for everyone. The updated kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay. All linens provided. There is an extra twin mattress located under the bunkbed to sleep a sixth person if needed. There are thermostats for heat and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The full kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, etc.). Our cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and swivel chair, fireplace, and a smart flat screen TV with cable.
