On the top floor, the 1st and 2nd master bedrooms provide Cal King beds with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom also has a futon sleeping couch. On the bottom floor, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent full bath. We provide an extra queen size air mattress to easily accommodate 9 guests. Be at ease with a well stocked kitchen, Keurig Machine, 4 flat screen TVs, Gigablast high-speed internet, original artwork, beach toys , chairs and boogie boards. Guests park in our 2 secured parking spaces in the gated garage. Embrace the casual at the bar on our spacious outdoor deck and enjoy awesome sunsets while dining with family and friends. This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day out exploring. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are about 20 minutes away by car or uber. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** ***In addition, the building is going through some construction to the buildings balconies, so there may be some noise until about 5pm during the week. We have upgraded to a larger unit . We as hosts have over 85 5 star ratings so come stay at our 3 bedroom 3 Bath comfy condo! We have an awesome beach view from our large patio and master bedroom. We are directly located across street from the famous Imperial Beach pier. Our little town has some big name restaurants one located in our own Bldg. with even some local breweries.There is Pizza ,Thai and even fine dining within a short walk and don't forget the best Mexican food around. The Hotel Del Coronado and silver strand beach is less then 10 minutes away. Downtown San Diego , Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World are all within a quick 25 min drive. There is even a 3 screen drive in movie theater a mile away. For the shoppers, about 3 miles away is the largest outlet mall for you to enjoy.The condo is set with 1- king bed, 2- Queen Beds ,1- full bed and 1- Twin. and all kitchen appliances and accessories you would need to make any meal.
