Villas by the Sea is a 17 acre oak-shaded beachfront Resort/Condominium Complex located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Amenities are restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, barbeque grills, volleyball court etc. Killa Villa is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that overlooks the pool, barbeque and picnic tables. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a queen bed and private full bath. on that same floor is a full kitchen and living area with a balcony. On the third floor are two more bedrooms and shared full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, full size washer/dryer and balcony. If your stay is longer than 4 nights the above items will be on hand to get you started until you can pick up your own preferred products..The kitchen and bathrooms are always a high cleaning priority. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder. Remote controls and electronics electronic equipment will also be cleaned. Remote controls will be wrapped in plastic wrap after each cleaning.HousekeepingOur cleaner/housekeeper will not be charging more but will require additional time during the turnovers. This makes it imperative that our guests check out on time and wait until 3pm before checking in.
