Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. You can actually walk down to the Boulder lift. Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft bathroom with large walk in shower with Carrara tile, upgraded sink, 2nd vanity area outside of bathroom to allow two people to get ready. Loft area has a Californian King bed and has been upgraded to have a sliding pocket door with open cut out for viewing during the day. The kitchen is updated with an open concept to the adjoining living room with 55 inch flat screen TV and new gas fireplace. Downstairs are two spacious bedrooms, Queen Room and Bunk room with carved log beds handmade by local craftsman and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and washer and dryer room. The bunk room comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 large handmade bunks. The queen room has its own entrance with a sliding glass door with a view of the trees. Up the spiral staircase is the private loft tucked behind a beautiful barn wood door. The loft provides a roomy but cozy hideaway after a hard day skiing or riding and has a private bath. Off the deck is a spectacular view of the mountains with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. After a day of skiing, relax on the deck and watch your friends ski in around the gas fire pit or BBQ. “Heavenly Villa” is a cute little 1 bed/2 bath condo, in South Lake Tahoe, (Kingsbury) - sleeps 4, (queen bed, 1 full, 1 twin ) - the bunk room is a “walk thru” room to get to the Master bedroom, therefore more ideal for a family with children (Full bed on bottom/twin on top bunks), close to Heavenly Mountains, Boulder & Stagecoach Lodges, for the best skiing in the winter and awesome hiking/biking trails in the summer. There is the Heavenly shuttle that drop off at lodges and the BlueGo bus service. The condo is a short 10 minute drive down into the Heavenly Village, casinos, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a local Mini-Mart and Fox & Hound Sports Bar and community pool and hottub within walking distance.The hottub and pool are operated by the Tahoe Village Association, and you are welcome to use them. (Unfortunately we have no control over hours of operation and/or if anything is not working). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Olympic House is located directly across the street from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly and the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail. The best access for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer and fall. A 1/2 mile away is the community pool and hot tub. A fully stocked kitchen includes coffee and waffle bar for breakfast before you hit the slopes or trail. The entrance to the unit is at the top of the stairs. Entering the unit you will find the Kitchen /dining area with a balcony overlooking the slopes across the street. There is a gas BBQ for your use on the balcony. This level also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is a large loft area with two sets of bunk beds, one of which has a queen bottom. There is a 55 inch TV and couch here as well.
