Quiet Neighborhood located in Tockwotten Cove! Five minutes to Charlestown Town Dock. Bring your boat and park it easily in the circular driveway. The Air Conditioned house is a Chalet Style and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Main living area is on the second floor. The gradual stairs will take you to a covered porch . There are two bedrooms with a queen and two twins. Television in Living area and Full kitchen combined Dining area. A full bath with shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as in Chalet houses. Using the back deck stairs, one can get to the first level which has only a casual sitting room and bathroom with a sink and toilet to use.. Welcome to Cedar Hill, 131 Arnolda Round Road in Charlestown, Rhode Island.Located in Arnolda, the historic Ninigret Pond shore community, this wooded cottage provides a quiet and relaxing escape. This three-bedroom and two bath cottage provides modern comforts with the simplicity of single-floor living. The master bedroom has a full bath and the two guest bedrooms provide two full beds and one single bed and another full bath. The house has a spacious deck for outdoor sitting and eating or enjoy some friendly competition on the outdoor Shuffleboard court. Arnolda provides a private tennis and pickle ball court and there are abundant recreational opportunities (hiking, biking, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, playground and a fresh water swimming pond) next door at Ninigret Park. If you desire to stay closer to Cedar Hill, the Arnolda community’s private road is frequented by community walkers and bikers. lt is a short ¼ mile walk to the Boat Cove Association dock where kayaks are available for tenants to explore the beauty of Ninigret Pond and its abundant avian and aquatic life. “The Nest” is a spacious, serene 2 bedroom apartment with additional Nook for 3rd sleeping area built above our stand alone storage garage. Upon entering the 1000 sq ft space you are greeted with an open floor plan boasting cathedral ceilings, modern wet bar/kitchenette, bright living room and dining area. Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Close to beaches, URI, Ninigret Park (home of the Trolls and festivals, dog park, observatory) & more!The guest house is spacious and completely yours and separate from main house. The lower level garage stores owner items that do not need to be accessed during your stay. “The Nest” has a front door private entrance ~ a staircase leading you to a tranquil modern space for your “home away from home” experience. Kitchenette is well-equipped, beds are comfy and living room is very inviting!Two bedrooms: One with Queen sized bed and the other offers a Full sized bed. There is an additional sleeping area that is in the corner of the main living space in the "nook" where the ceiling slants. This offers a twin bed and a room divider. Good for an extra guest or child.Up to two well-behaved pets are allowed. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay.
