The living room features a smart TV, strong WIFI, a relaxing sofa and comfy chairs. The five-in-one game table is yours to enjoy-- it includes billiards, foosball, basketball, air hockey, and table tennis. You can even keep score with the scoreboard hanging in the stairwell (chalk provided). The dining table rests on top of Bevo's hide and includes six chairs. The stylish kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker and more! Just off the dining area and kitchen are the sliding glass doors that provide a view of your turf backyard, completely private and waiting to be enjoyed by you or your pups. Rounding out the main floor is the laundry room, which includes laundry soap and dryer sheets in case you may need to use these during your stay.Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 5 new smart tvs, up to 75 inches. You can watch your favorite streaming service from any room. Game days will be perfect to watch on the 3 tvs in the living room…or skip the games and binge your favorite shows! Our home is located less than 2 miles from the A&M campus. There are dozens of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Each condo has 2 covered parking spots right off the back porch.
