An idyllic retreat far from the madding crowds.
Situated just south of the stunning Butterfly Valley, the sleepy hamlet of Faralya is an idyllic retreat, where life continues at a relaxed pace.
And yet this rural haven lies just 9km from the popular seaside resort of Oludeniz, whose famous lagoon beach is one of Turkey's most photographed images and just 21km from the bustling harbour and market town of Fethiye. The international airport at Dalaman is 80km away and is served by regular flights from all major Uk and European airports, as well as offering several daily links with Istanbul for those making connections from further afield.
In spite of Mandarin & Mango's rural setting, a hire car is not strictly necessary, for there is a local taxi and the dolmus service (up to 9 times per day depending on the season), which serves both Oludeniz and Fethiye, can be flagged down. Those hiring a car or using local taxis can reach the sandy beach of Kidrak in around 10 minutes, whilst Kabak beach is a similar distance in a four-wheel drive vehicle (or a 5-minute drive plus 15 minute walk). Confident swimmers can bathe off the rocks at Aktas, aroundminutes walk away.
Culture vultures will be in their element, as there is a wealth of fascinating historical sites to be explore within the scope of a day's outing, from the atmospheric "ghost village" of Kayakoy to ancient sites including Tlos, Pinara, Xanthos, Letoon, Patara and Cadyanda.
. yet surprisingly easy to reach
Bask in unashamed idleness.
For those wishing to do no more than soak up the warm Turkish sun, marvel at the gorgeous views and enjoy the tranquil setting, Mandarin and Mango each have their own good-sized swimming pools, and there is also a large outdoor Jacuzzi at Mandarin. As the hotels operate a no-children policy, guests can relax in complete peace, and to further help you to shake off the stresses of daily life, we have arranged for local practitioner Ekrem to visit Mandarin and Mango on request, offering guests a wonderful range of massage

Amazing
YYUJIANGThe hotel scenery is super invincible! The mountain and the sea are perfectly integrated, and the service attitude and service quality are impeccable! Except that the mountain roads near the hotel are difficult to navigate, it is the perfect place to ”stay in a daze” in my ideals! Great!
GGuest UserWe were told Olive Garden was a destination of peaceful and beautiful serenity. It not only exceeded our expectation the staff and service was 5 stars. Especially shout out to Mahmet and Matt who were very gracious making our stay so much more enjoyable! We Highly recommend !
FFenshuYou must take a transportation boat to and from Butterfly Valley Beach. The bus ride is at Oludeniz Beach, just to the west where you can board the boat for the 1-day tour. Never follow the map navigation when traveling by car, I suffered a loss. We took a round trip to the most difficult section of the D400 coastal road. Just navigate directly to the boat ride point above. There is parking nearby (300 TL). Personal review: Butterfly Valley Beach has big waves and no features. One of the best: Jemele Beach.
