GGuest UserThe service is very good. Although we don't speak the same language, the store always finds ways to solve our problems. We also signed up for bamboo rafting, elephant bathing, and wild waterfalls. The store accompanied us throughout the trip and helped take photos. The most exciting thing was the elephant's wake-up service the next morning. The children had a lot of fun.
Facilities: The conditions of the wooden house in the mountain are average, and the toilet smells very bad.
Hygiene: Average, a little damp.
Service: Very good.
The free breakfast and the breakfast brought by the hotel are average, and I hope it can be improved. The food in the bar in the hotel is delicious.
