Serenity by the Sea AB-4 is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom walkup penthouse.   Our condo is on the 4th floor with an open rooftop terrace. Building does not have elevator. Condo is newly renovated and includes high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, nicely stocked kitchen and gas grill.Serenity by the Sea is a beautifully maintained high-end complex with excellent amenities, including 24/7 security.  The condominium is a walk-up, so there is no elevator.  Complex has basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, kids playground, common area BBQ's, pool and small gym.
