38 km to the east from Helsinki, sea, Köningsviken 20 m, with shared use with the owner sand beach (quite gently deepening), rowing boat. Nicely located wooden sauna cabin 35 m² by the sea. Living room/kitchen, double bed, openable sofa bed. There is also wood heated sauna, shower and WC (in the washroom) located in the same building. Terrace with furniture and kettle grill in front of the cabin. There is a place for own boat on the beach, water depth is 3 m. This rental cabin is nicely located, distance from Helsinki is less than 40 km. Small sand beach on the plot (with shared use with the owner). Other good features of the destination are well-equipped kitchen and wood-heated sauna. The nearest neighbor is the owner. Porvoo 28 km, Helsinki 36 km.

45 km east of Helsinki, Gulf of Finland/ Pepparbotten 30 m, opposite shore 100 m, chalet located in sheltered bay, shallow, hard sand bottom, further out mud bottom, own boat + outboard motor. Wooden villa built on slope 1970, sauna ja shower renovated 2000. In villa there is kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms: First bed room with double bed (180 cm wide), second bedroom (also used as a workroom) double bed (150 cm wide) and sleeping sofa (120 cm wide), third bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), washroom with 2 showers, sauna (elec. stove), open porch (30 m²). Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers. Lakeshore sauna (40 m²), with dressing room convertible bed/ sofa, sauna also has elec. light, elec. heating, cold and hot water, shower and wood-burning stove. There is ice hole in winter. Villa designed by architect, interior spacious and light. Suitable for e.g. two acquainted families. Rented only to families and companies and others who enjoy peaceful holiday. No bachelor parties! Large plot, well maintained yard area, nice view from porch, thoroughfares, garden furniture, jetties, grill places: all is exactly as it should be! Plot on slope, yard mainly grassy. Two spoon trolling, fish net and 'katiska' fish trap permits included in price. Ice swimming possibility at the end of the pier, in front of the lakeside sauna.
