Super lovely place to stay. Quaint, welcoming, location is a top a mountain just above the Yellow River with beautiful views of the hills. Rooms are clean, the food is amazing local cuisine. If there was anything negative…the beds have no mattress. Literally a bed frame made of wood with a 2-3 cm comforter. Yes, I prefer hard form beds, however the beds in this hotel are hard as rock, impossible to sleep on your side. Woke up with an aching back, here’s hoping the owners of the hotel do what’s needed and provide actual mattresses, a basic type will do.

The hardware conditions are good, the rooms and facilities are perfect. The parking lot is huge and the parking is very loose. There is no need to pass the entrance and exit of the scenic spot to enter and exit the parking lot, and it is very convenient to enter and exit. Parking is free. But in terms of software, there is still some regret. Talking is hard, like a quarrel. The staff wears homely clothes and is not in a fixed position. They can't tell who is the customer and who is the hotel staff. They don't know who to look for when they ask. Excessive, breakfast when we arrived at the restaurant at 7:20 (the meal time is 7:00-9:00), there were a few cold steamed buns, a little cold potato shreds, and a cold porridge at the bottom of the basin. What's more, in front of us, for a few special customers, we served steaming meals and boiled eggs. We asked for two questions, the waiter ignored it, and left as soon as he turned his head. It seems that this resort still needs to make a lot of effort in improving service awareness and improving service quality.
