You need to be careful when driving, but that is why the Niuweizhai Observation Deck behind the homestay has almost become our exclusive attraction, and you can enjoy it quietly. The huge scenery in northern Shaanxi is really shocking, and it is a bit scary. The hardware conditions are good, the rooms and facilities are perfect. The parking lot is huge and the parking is very loose. But in terms of software, there is still some regret. Talking is hard, like a quarrel. The staff wears homely clothes and is not in a fixed position. They can't tell who is the customer and who is the hotel staff. They don't know who to look for when they ask. Excessive, breakfast when we arrived at the restaurant at 7:20 (the meal time is 7:00-9:00), there were a few cold steamed buns, a little cold potato shreds, and a cold porridge at the bottom of the basin. What's more, in front of us, for a few special customers, we served steaming meals and boiled eggs. We asked for two questions, the waiter ignored it, and left as soon as he turned his head. It seems that this resort still needs to make a lot of effort in improving service awareness and improving service quality.
