In San Diego it is rare to find A/C at the beach but we have two portable a/c units each cooling approximately 600 square feet of space. On the quiet Bay side, the beach is right in front of you and surf all a few steps away. This is the perfect vacation retreat, located on beautiful and relaxing Sail Bay/Mission Bay on the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A new market just opened a 2 minute walk.Better Buz Coffee a 2nminutecwalk. Located directly on the boardwalk you can walk or bike easily to anywhere in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. There are numerous stores 2-3 minute walk from the property that rent bikes. We also have beach towels and chairs included. The garage is on the ground floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office on the second floor. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the third floor. Incredible views from the balconies of Sail Bay. This is not your typical beachy chic rental. We take pride in our unit and have furnished it with modern comfortable furniture.
