The balcony offers some of the most beautiful views one can enjoy! Grab a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. BBQ grills are located on the property along with a picnic area. Pets are allowed on a owner approval basis with a pet fee charged. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut.
