This condo is a walk-in unit with absolutely no stairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress. The condo was remodeled in 2016 with new carpet, tile, and paint, new furniture and flat screen TV's. In 2022 the shower and tub/shower were upgraded. The condo has free WiFi and the living room and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a DVD player in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer for your use. The dining table seats six and the sleeper sofa is the trampoline style which means there will be no bar in your back! There is also a balcony with four chairs around a small table. There is a small private pool right next to the condo and also a gazebo with grills and picnic tables to use. The lake is just down the hill. Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am. If you are bringing a boat, you can contact the Port of Kimberling Marina to reserve a slip. It is right across the lake and less than 3 miles away by vehicle. You cannot keep your boat or trailer on the condo property as I did not pay the fee for this to my homeowner association. There are other boat rental places in the area.
