A 5 star experience- that is our goal for your stay! This is a second floor condominium (with multiple stairs) located in peaceful Green Cove Resort. It is perfect for a family of four. We are located off of Rt 2, just about halfway between Sandusky and Toledo. This condo is ideal for fishermen, birdwatchers, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, queen bed, and queen sofa sleeper. Over the past year we have added several additional items for our guests to enjoy! The sleeper sofa mattress and queen bed are both topped with a memory foam pad for your comfort. There is also a small futon if you are in need of 3 separate beds. If you happen to be a very serious coffee drinker, you may also be delighted to find an espresso machine and coffee bean grinder in addition to the regular old coffee pot. 😉Relax by the very nice pool which is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. There are lounge chairs around the pool that are available for you to use, so you only need to bring your towel! For the fishermen- there are two fish cleaning houses that you may use. These are fantastic. You can keep the bugs off of you while you clean your catch! Large bags and a chest freezer are inside for easy disposal of carcasses. 30 ft dock is available at your doorstep. Perfect for your boat, jet ski's or kayak.Restaraunt/lounge (Wild Wings), fishing charters, bait store and gas station are within walking distance (1/2 mile).Cedar Point, Lakeside Marblehead, Catawba Island, Port Clinton, Ferries, Wineries, Beaches, Magee Marsh, and many other attractions are located within 30 miles of the property. This condo rental is truly a vacationer's paradise. This 2nd floor Waterfront II Condo has amazing views of the lake with a private beach and access to an enclosed newer pool and hot tub (must bring own beach towels). This unit is accessed with back steps that will lead you directly there. Jet Skis can be moored right off the beach. There is lots of green space for games, running room for the kids as well as a playground area. Charcoal grills are located around the property (bring own charcoal) for your use.Condo is equipped with a wall unit air conditioner located in the dining/living room area. Kitchen area includes stove top/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, kitchen cloths and towels, all dishes, glasses and utensils and many other kitchen accessories. The dining table can expand to seat up to 8 people.There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen size pull out couch in the living room and, if needed, a queen size pop up bed that can be put in the enclosed porch area. Condo can comfortably sleep 6 people. Bedding and pillows are provided. There is 1 full bathroom (towels provided) that also houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.There are 2 flat screen TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Both TV's are equipped with DVD players. Cable is provided by Time Warner. There is also a radio/cd player in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.If you are looking for water sports, there is plenty to choose from. Fishing charters and dock rentals are close by and a jet ski rental is just west of the condo. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Jet Express, the fastest way to Put-In-Bay and other surrounding islands. Downtown Port Clinton is within walking distance just over the drawbridge where you will find many wonderful dining places, pubs, bars and establishments that feature all types of musical venues.There is something to please all the members in your vacation party no matter what the age! These are just some of the attractions that are nearby. They are all located inside and around 25-30 miles away. Of course, Cedar Point is one of the area's largest draws. It's been voted the best amusement park in the world! Mon Ami Winery is a wonderful place to taste some great wines, fabulous food and good entertainment (there are also many other wineries in the area for you to enjoy); East Harbor State Park; Marblehead Lighthouse; golfing (real or putt-putt); African Safari, Monsoon Lagoon Water Park; Deer Park; Camp Perry and Magee Marsh Wild Life Area. Magee Marsh is located approximately 17 miles west of Port Clinton on Route 2. and hosts one of the biggest bird watching events in the world which consists of 10 days the first part of every May.The list is endless so come check us out. Pool is officially closed for the 2023 season, but it is typically reopened on Memorial Day.The Clinton Reef Club is a great place to stay when visiting the Lake Erie Shores. The condo complex is a short drive from downtown Port Clinton and about a 15-minute walk along the lake on a nice day. The neighbors are friendly people, but since it is a condo, we ask that you please respect their privacy and the established quiet hours. Port Clinton has several great restaurants to choose from, but the unit has a full kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can eat-in if you prefer. The condo complex has a pool, sauna, and hot tub, but the pool doesn’t open until Memorial Day weekend. We do NOT have cable TV, but we do have YouTube TV, where you can watch live television. Kids will be happy to know that we have Disney+ and Hulu. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so prepare yourself for some exercise. The complex has a community pool, hot tub, and sauna. Pool bracelets must be worn and unfortunately lost bracelets are $25/each. The laminate flooring in the bedrooms, living room, and hallway are brand new (2022). We have smart TV’s in the living and master bedroom. There are also private balconies off the living and master bedroom.
