This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Huge fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other "necessities" for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location. The loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. Visit in the snowy season and use the snowshoes provided for your stay. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier. If safety features are important this is the spot for you. This loft style condo features a modern kitchen, open floor plan, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Condo sits above the picturesque Riverwalk with the Big Thompson river just outside your windows and just below the deck. Master bedroom includes a queen bed with new memory foam mattress, ceiling fan and deck over the river. The second bedroom has new memory foam mattress, an oversized window, ceiling fan, and washer and dryer in one of the closets. Dining room table seats up to six. Cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances are handicap accessible as is the bathroom and entire unit. Living room has HD TV, leather couch and oversized leather chair. New flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc.. This unit is in a great location as well. Read the reviews of 479391, 553464 or 915621 to get an idea of how convenient this location can be. Location is within walking distance of all the shopping and most of the dining in Estes Park. We provide a parking pass and the building has a loading zone that makes unpacking or packing easy. Once you get here you may find that don't use your car again until its time to leave. The visitor center is 2 blocks away via the riverwalk and there are FREE shuttle buses into the National Park so you can save money and headaches but talking that short walk.Now pet friendly too. You can call or text 303 949-9762.This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated. GGuest UserHotel location, facilities and service are all beyond expectations. In particular, customer service was impressive. Jacob, who helped me check in and check out, went beyond simple customer service, entertained people with a variety of meal information and national parks, making people feel happy. It was a great time throughout my stay.
