This is a stand alone cottage. It is smartly decorated with a southwest theme. We are located on 4 relaxing beautiful acres with horses and plenty of quiet country ambiance. A continental breakfast is included. The cottage that you will be staying in is detached from the main house (located about 100 ft from the main house). We follow the Cdcs sanitation recommendations and clean and disinfect your room with hospital grade disinfectant. We have 3 other separate listings on the same property: The Tropical master suite, Scallop Room and the Manatee room located The cottage has its own private bath with its own 30 gal hot water heater. The cottage is located inside a fenced yard. This fenced yard where the cottage is located. It is very secluded, private, and quiet with 15 ft tall hedges. We also have a nice sitting area outside with a swing facing the garden and horse pasture area. Please, if you have any complaints, comments, or suggestions, do not hesitate to let us know. We are available all the time. If there is an issue we need to hear about, let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately. We want to have the opportunity to fix the issue rather than hear about it in a review. We want to make your stay with us as pleasing and comfortable. In consideration for future guests, we have a no-pet policy (we occasionally host guests with respiratory sensitivities). Our guests love interacting with our horses (our two geldings love meeting new people and especially those with carrots). We are always available. We will do our best to help in any way to make your visit to our area as enjoyable as possible. We do enjoy socializing with our guests but if you prefer privacy, just ask, we won't be offended. We are 2.6 miles from Walmart with a Circle-k gas station right on the corner. There are a variety of restaurants close by as well as many things to do while you are in the area. Welcome to our beautiful upstairs getaway! Condo1 is perfect for two (2) guests (1) child located in the scenic, historic district of Old Homosassa. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a king size bed, fold out loveseat bed, breakfast nook, waterfall shower, jacuzzi tub and more. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, Restaurants, live music and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando. Looking for the perfect retreat tucked away in the salt flats and cypress groves in Crystal River? Look no further because you have found it! Located in the hidden Eco Village of Sawgrass Landing condo community, the complex is in a world all its own.The condo has a spiral staircase accessing the master suite above, cathedral ceiling, newly renovated interior and floor to ceiling windows that draw the natural beauty inside. The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with manual reclining loveseat and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs Master suite with a king size bed, futon, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet. Linens, bath and pool towels, as well as basic toiletry items are provided.Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck furnished with a loveseat, two chairs and an electric barbeque. No gas or charcoal grills are permitted on the deck.Please note, this condo DOES NOT allow children or pets and there is NO SMOKING allowed inside or around this unit.Guests are welcome to use the pool, the dock, and the fish cleaning station. There is a limited number of parking slots for a boat trailer and a boat slip but, they are ONLY available on a FIRST COME BASIS. Boats CANNOT be larger than 23 feet long. All boats, trailers and vehicles must have current registrations. Guests can also make arrangements with a local marina during the busy scallop season. A complete list of all community rules and regulations are posted on the dryer for quick and easy reference.Sawgrass Landing is located minutes from Fort Island Trail Beach, Shrimp Landing, Three Sisters Springs, Twin River Marina, the Plantation on Crystal River Golf Course and more. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Kayak rental, pontoon and fishing boat rentals and charter fishing services are also available nearby. Beach towels are provided. Enjoy fishing, scalloping and swimming with the manatees in King’s Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.Minimum Rental is 3 nights. Minimum age requirement for rental is 25.
