This is one of the nicest condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! It's small and quaint, located in the heart of Osage Beach, and would be considered more quiet then most condo complexes. Nice grounds, lots of grass, tennis courts, a lakefront pool and the unit sits right on the waters edge. You can walk directly off of the patio to the walkway that leads to the docks and pool. Cove setting with spectacular views of the 21 mile marker. Other great features include assigned parking, low assessments, a boat ramp and community laundry area. Our Lakefront property is nestled on the shores of the Lake of the Ozarks, providing breath taking views and direct access to the water. This amazing first floor 2 bed/2.5 bath condo is located near the end point at the prestigious Regatta Bay condo complex overlooking the 12-mile marker in the Village of Four Seasons. --The Property--Step inside this condo and you will find it to be perfectly decorated and luxurious with a modern coastal touch. You will feel at home as soon as you walk into the door. We have not one, but two master bedroom king suites each with their own master baths and walk in closets. We provide travel size body wash, lotion shampoo and conditioner. Spacious and comfy family room, which includes a queen pull out couch (more space for additional guests), oversized chair, gas fireplace, large smart TV, games, magazines and more. If you’re traveling and need to work…don’t worry! We provide a “lift” coffee table that can be utilized as your own personal desk. The Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation, including evening barbecues with a full sized gas grill (Outside under the stairs). It has six bar stools around the kitchen counter so that you can gather with family and friends while cooking. Also, we provide a six-seat dining table as well. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for those extended stays. Excellent Lakefront Condo, located on the mid point of Three Season's Resort complex (Bldg D- unit 15.) This is a perfect spot off the KK Highway in Osage Beach right on the Lake at mile marker 21. Great sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy a quick weekend getaway or a family's week vacation. You can swim in the Condo pool or off the docks in the lake. Floating devices and tubes in the condo. You are in a cove but can see to the main channel with 2 Restaurants nearby. Shorty Pants Cajun is 130 yards across the parking lot and Red Heads is about 1 mile away and has a really nice pool with a swim-up bar. With the West view, you can watch all the superpower boats going to the main channel from Performance Marina which is located next to Red Heads restaurant. To the East, you can watch the same as boats come and go to Shorty Pants Lakeside Cajun Restaurant & Marina. Salty Dog Gas dock is located right in front of the Marina. Also nearby are golf courses, shops, neighborhood bars, mini golf, a kart track, grocery stores, water parks, and Lake Regional Hospital. The boat ramp is located just about 1 mile away at Performance Marine.
