What a nice quiet and friendly place, I've booked 2 nights and extended for 4 more, very friendly staff, nice and comfortable, powerful wifi, clean place, very safety, with good and powerful hot water shower, very good overall

I wasn’t expecting much but it surprised me🥰 I RECOMMEND IT.

The room was small, but the price/quality ratio is optimal! I really liked that there is a cafe and a shop nearby, on the ground floor. You can order breakfast or dinner - they will cook it well and it will be inexpensive. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. But if you have a bike, then no problem! I had a great rest in this hotel!

The hotel is nearby the Panglao Bohol International Airport. The room is very clean and the staff at the receptionist is also very accommodating. The cost is enough for our very nice stay. You have many options for hotels nearby the airport but this is more better if you are looking for a best price with the best service.

We had the most amazing stay here at the Secret Garden Resort. We stayed in a lodge with private pool which was perfect. Nothing is overly fancy but everything is perfectly functional. Restaurant on site sells pasta and usual Philippino food. Breakfast is from a set menu, not a buffet. Perfectly fine. Staff were friendly, helpful and just a whatsapp message away if you needed anything. Not too far from Alona Beach, the airport or Tagbilaran Port so it was the perfect location for us. We were honestly sad to leave after 7 nights here and already want to come back!

Our stay at E L Westensee Resort exceeded all our expectations! This place is ideal for those who are looking for a combination of coziness, comfort and excellent service. Our villa was simply magnificent: spacious, stylish and very cozy. Snow-white bed linen and impeccable cleanliness created a feeling of real luxury. The hotel staff are real professionals! Very responsive, sincere and always ready to help. When we decided to rent a bike, it was delivered right to the hotel - new, powerful, for only 500 pesos per day. It was incredibly convenient for trips to Alon Beach (only 7 km) and to local attractions. I would like to separately note the breakfasts. The food was delicious, fresh and prepared with love. A real pleasure to start the day with such dishes! We were pleased with the proximity to the street with cafes and restaurants - literally a few minutes walk. This allowed us to try many local dishes and not depend on transport. Special thanks for organizing an early breakfast before our departure - everything was ready at 5:30, and the transfer to the airport was waiting for us on time. E L Westensee Resort is a place where you want to come back! The warm atmosphere, perfect cleanliness and caring approach to each guest made our vacation simply unforgettable!

It's a bit far from Alona Beach, which is frequented by tourists, but I don't think it's necessary to live near there. You can rent a motorcycle for 300 pesos and travel around Palau Island. The place where I live is closer to Mo Mo Beach and Doljo Beach. I recommend these two beaches because they are quieter and there is no sales pitch. The hotel we stayed in was newly opened in 2024. The signal inside was relatively poor, but we could connect to the hotel's WIFI in the lobby. There was also a billiard table, three large beds and several dining tables in the lobby. All-day dining was also provided, and breakfast was free with four options. The American uncle in the catering industry is a very interesting person. He has lived in many countries and regions. There is a swimming pool, the deepest of which is 3 meters. You can go swimming there, or you can go to other hotels to use the swimming pool. The facilities in the room are just average, the shower water is not hot, it's basically cold, but for this price and the external environment, what else do you want? This should be the first review on Ctrip. When I stayed there, there were only white people for several days in a row, no Chinese people, and everyone was very relaxed... I hope you can relax when you go there too

酒店離飛機場很近，走路大概8分鐘，如果是白天，行李不多走一走可以到達。酒店有安靜的小花園，有游泳池可以放鬆。旁邊有個小的菜市場，有賣肉，賣魚的，魚還是很新鮮。順着大路走右拐有711，對面有賣水果的什麼榴蓮呢，芒果呀，熱帶水果基本都有。服務人員很熱情，我在711買了一張電話卡，他們菲律賓這個電話卡比較繁瑣，實名認證很麻煩，然後酒店的工作人員非常熱情耐心的幫助註冊，很是感謝。酒店房間衞生很好，外面可以曬衣服。總的來説，不管是作為中轉酒店還是短時間居住的話，都還可以。離海灘和商業中心稍微有一點兒遠，步行大概20分鐘左右如果以後能有提供班車的話，那就更好了。

That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!
