This hotel is in a great location, close to the zoo and Mt. Omuro. The hotel room is very large, equivalent to a bedroom, a living room, and an inner balcony for drinking tea. The room was very clean and facing the sea. I booked a package that included dinner and breakfast, not a buffet, but a table with a fixed time. The dishes are very exquisite, typical Japanese cuisine, especially the dinner, which is delicious one by one. The only regret is that the waiter's English is not very good, so we have to communicate slowly. The hot spring is open from 6am to 9am and from 3pm to 11pm. There is no shower in the room, so you have to go to the B1 floor to take a hot spring bath. I still like it very much. I took a hot spring bath twice in the evening and morning. Overall great!

I found this hotel by chance and stayed for two nights. It felt very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is run by a Chinese from Shanghai who immigrated to Japan, and the owner is very enthusiastic. Since the days are short and the nights are long in winter in Izu, it gets dark at five o'clock and many shops are closed. When we were wondering what to do, the shop owner offered to drive us to a convenience store to buy groceries and introduced us to a restaurant frequented by locals. After dinner, we were picked up at the restaurant and returned to the hotel.
The atmosphere of the entire hotel is very leisurely. The hotel is connected to an art gallery, which is the work of the hotel owner. There is also a coffee shop that sells coffee and cakes, which are also homemade by the owner, which is quite thoughtful.
There happened to be no other guests during our two-day stay, so the public hot spring facilities became private, which was quite a surprise. 😃
In the morning, there are cute little squirrels on the terrace. You can have a good cup of tea and have a leisurely breakfast before setting off for the next stop. 😎
When we left, the hotel owner even drove us to the train station, which was very considerate.
”This trip to Izu Kogen was made particularly memorable because of this B&B. As soon as I arrived at the B&B, the owner's warm welcome made me feel like spring breeze. The owner was very considerate. Not only did he introduce us to the surrounding attractions in detail, but he also gave us a lot of practical travel suggestions.
The environment of the B&B is even better. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm and Japanese, making people feel as comfortable as at home. The public area is also very comfortable, and the hot spring ♨️ is also very suitable for families.
It must be mentioned that this B&B is very close to the Jogasaki Coast, and it is very convenient to travel. You can just walk there, and the scenery along the way is also very beautiful.
When we went back, it rained heavily and the tram stopped running. The owner took the initiative to contact us to help us find a way, and finally sent us to our destination. Thank you very much🥹
In short, this stay experience was great. I will definitely recommend this B&B to my friends around me, and next time I come to Izu Kogen, it will still be my first choice.”👍

We went to the Izu Peninsula in Japan in mid-February. Due to the low temperature this year, the early cherry blossoms in the Izu River were delayed in blooming. We changed our itinerary to visit Komuroyama Park and Joki Coast in Ito. This Japanese homestay booked online in advance is located in the villa area near the sea at Ise Kogen Station. The surrounding environment is elegant and quiet at night. The owner of the homestay is a Japanese man in his 60s who is kind. We finished our visit from Shuzenji in the afternoon and took a car to transfer here. It was already late. Japan gets off work early, and Ise Kogen Station is empty. There is a big supermarket in front of the station. I bought dinner and breakfast for the next day (fast food is discounted at night). I called the hotel owner to confirm that there are microwave ovens and kettles in the rooms. He drove to the north parking lot of the station in time to pick us up. We met smoothly and stayed in his homestay. The first floor is neatly decorated, with many portraits of pet dogs (the owner is a dog lover)! When going through the procedures, he introduced the surrounding environment and attractions in detail. He also made reasonable suggestions, allowing us to go directly to Atami to watch the cherry blossoms, and made an appointment for breakfast (self-purchased milk and bread), and drove us to the nearest attraction, Joki Coast Park. The guide was enthusiastic along the way (I can speak a few words in Chinese, mainly Japanese and some English). The surrounding scenery is beautiful and it takes 15 minutes to get there. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt good. The environment, service and price were all satisfactory. I would stay for two more days when I have the opportunity to stay free. It is also nice to walk around. There is also a cherry blossom avenue nearby waiting for us to enjoy at the end of March.

I am honored to be the first batch of guests in the hotel. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. They chatted a lot of local food and beauty. They also shared the origin of the current homestay. I can see that they are operating very carefully. I want to bring the local leisure and quiet to every guest. Maybe one day you want to become a local resident or often come back to travel, I hope that friends who come to play in the future can also have their own harvest. The boss is a hexagonal warrior. The opening of the homestay and the follow-up maintenance have become a hobby. Since the nearby bus stops early at night, it may be inconvenient to travel at night. The boss will consider expanding the vehicle service in the future, because our next day trip is to let the boss arrange the vehicle. Especially convenient and worry-free, praise 👍. I wish the business of the old homestay in 2025 is getting more and more prosperous, and it is getting better and better. Happy New Year 🎉🎊
A view of Mount Fuji. A hermitage hotel located in dynamic nature. Jaiz is famous for superb view, delicious cuisine, and relaxing baths; a lot of travelers repeatedly visit us.
Relish the seasonal bounty of the mountains and seas of Izu to your heart's content. Located near the sea, river, and hot spring town, this lodging is also ideal for enjoying sightseeing in Ito City. null
VVin.CEvery thing was good food service , hot bath , just that the location is abit off from the train station walk about 20 min 1.5km away from train station
GGuest UserI used it with my family. Unfortunately, I couldn't have a BBQ due to the rain, but there was a hot plate and I was able to spend a good time using it. Thank you very much.
CCsekiroThe facilities are very complete, the room is oversized, there is a kitchen and a meeting room. There is a washing machine and no drying function. There are two beds and many mattresses. There is no problem for four or five people. There is no front desk, the password is required to open the door, and the hotel does not provide the password directly after confirmation. I don't have a Japanese phone number. I can't make a phone call. It's a bit difficult for me. Finally, I solved the problem by email.
