Located in a unique position, with no stairs to climb, it guarantees easy and immediate access. Whether you arrive by train or car, you'll be able to reach it with ease, saving your energy for what truly matters: enjoying the beauty of Riomaggiore, relaxing, and having a stress-free vacation. No sweat, no anxiety, just the pleasure of entering your perfect retreat. If, however, after already facing the steep stairs of Riomaggiore, you want to return to your accommodation and face yet more countless steps, then this is not the apartment you're looking for! Recently renovated and with no stairs (just 2), this apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a TV. There is also a coin-operated laundry nearby. Check-in is available 24/7 for those arriving by train, and until 7:00 PM for those who have reserved parking (x euros per day, to be booked via CHAT). Easily accessible by train or car, it’s just 300 meters from the station and the sea. The flat road that connects it to the station, thanks to the elevator (FREE FOR GUESTS STAYING HERE USING THE QR CODE) and the 70 meters from the parking lot, is a rarity, making travel much easier.
