"本次住宿非常愉快，非常滿意。必須靜音多打點字來如實評價。 本次出行為週末3天兩晚河南中牟遊玩，帶着2個孩子，還有2個長者，按常規操作應該訂兩間酒店，但是一查吧，衹有河南，電影小鎮等景點附近的酒店更多的就是民宿，本人其實對民宿有偏見，因為總感覺民宿監管力度不如正規酒店，尤其是衞生和安全沒有保證，但是吧這次找來找去您這邊民宿很多，距離有明顯的優勢，再加上看圖片覺得這家性價比很高，同等面積或價格的房間都是衹有2張大床，麥穗的家是2張大床+1張小床，挺適我們的，就報着試一試的心態先訂一晚，心想如果不好第二天立換大酒店。 週五晚上我們到達後，發現民宿為碧桂園中央公園，小區環境優雅舒適，周邊便利店，餐飲方便，並且住宿有固定地下車位，3天進出停車無壓力。 老闆詢問電話詢問我們幾個人，我説4大2小，訂的是90-110平米的那個房間，老闆立馬説現在有房立馬給升級140平米，3室2廳1廚2位，3個大床更方便，本人表示感謝。 進屋後發現配套齊全，整體較新，衞生乾淨，3個卧室加客廳一共4個空調，滿意。 週六晚上回來很晚了，然後猛然想起週六的房間還沒訂，決定續訂，問老闆可否用原來的價格續訂，但是不換房的請求。老闆每次都答覆很及時，積極的給調配房間，最終為了我們方便，在沒有提前續訂這個140平大房的前提下沒讓我們換房間，同時趕上週末漲價，我衹是在原來90-110平米的價格基礎上補了100元達成協議，正常差價在300左右。沒有麻煩的提着行李換房，價格又非常有誠意，溝通也愉快，所以給這次旅行體驗感加分不少！"
