Nice, new hotel. Extremely clean lobby, elevators, and rooms. The room (a suite) was spacious, comfy beds, plenty of room for luggage and storage, and was so clean! Quiet at night. The breakfast was nice with different omelets, pancake maker, warm cinnamon rolls, among other offerings. Very friendly staff, with a special shout out to Patty at the front desk! This location is right off 355 and close to restaurants and big box shops. A short ride to other suburban areas. My only "complaint" is that the room was WAY overpriced. 2 night stay was over $600. Again, super happy with the property and our stay, but it was pricier than it should have been.

The benchmark for this chain. Above average breakfast, clean inside and outside around hotel. Can't beat the location, quiet yet many walkable options for food and grocery. Lockport is a safe nice town.

After multiple bad experiences at Holiday Inn, I had pretty much given up on the chain. But, pleasantly surprised with an enjoyable experience. Staff greeted warmly and friendly. Acknowledged IHG member. Honored room preference! Room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean and water temp was perfect. Gym was clean and all the equipment was in good condition. Breakfast was as usual.

A great visit as usual. I stay here every time I come to Spring Valley. The staff is always attentive, and the rooms are always clean. Becca greets me with a big smile which is very welcome after a long day. During one visit I had a small issue with the room, Becca had me in a different room within minutes. Thanks for the care.
