Cold Springs Hotels Ltd Homa Bay.

Cold Springs is one of those hotels that was built to a high finish, and using materials that offer opportunity to maintain spotless clean ambience. The exception is the shower! I can see how in its time the multi jet shower would wow, but age and clogged nozzles has jets in all directions. They either need rigorous maintenance, or replace with simple mixers. The wow factor is gone. Food: 100/100: excellent food, heavenly cup of tea. Service: lovely, courteous and pleasant attendants. Ambience: probably as good as one could get in Homa Bay. Restaurant: the restaurant on the rooftpp offers a panaromic view of Nam Lolwe. It is EPIC.

Very nice place to relax in Homa Bay. Although we stayed at our friends’ place in Homa Bay during our week-long Homa Bay visit, we had afternoon drinks at Cold Springs Hotel as well as dinner two nights. Fantastic view from the restaurant. Great food, great service, and very comfortable ambiance. Would recommend to anyone visiting Homa Bay.

I always stay here when Im in Homa Bay. Very friendly and helpfull staff, save environment, clean rooms and comfortable bed, good restaurant and business rooms. Very affortable. And I love the pool and esspecially the view from the restaurant.

Credit card was copied at check in followed by fraudulent activity. Had to cancel card which had a huge impact on our trip. Definitely happened at Cold Springs as this was the only time we used the card! In addition reception staff were rude and very slow especially when we asked for a room with a better view of the lake.

Wonderful experience with bubbly ladies at the reception. Emma made our hotel experience truly memorable with her warm smile and excellent service! The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, it felt like a home away from home. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the.I will recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.
