We were booking a trip to see family in Holywood. Being familiar with the area, we tried to book Rayanne House. Phoned, spoke to the receptionist who informed me that they’re fully booked for the next while because they’re housing refugees from the Channel. When micro-businesses behave in this fashion, I’m always astounded. We weren’t told when the B&B would re-open, offered an apology or any sort of rectifying advice. I’ll never stay in this B&B. We were able to get booked into the Culloden, which offers a superior product at competitive rates.
