This house has it all. Wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the very large lanai overseeing the ocean, or you might want to watch the sunset from your own lanai while you have diner with a view. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleep 10. Two bedrooms have king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for one adult or 2 children. Major upgrades were done in the Winter of 2024. Most of the flooring and cabinets were replaced. It has a new bath with large walk in shower. It has a new kitchen with monkepod wood, granite countertops and it is stoked very well. The house is located at 700 feet elevation to capture the cool breeze . It has stairs from the garage to the house, therefore it is not going to work for people who can not climb stairs. Only the main floor is for rent.
