Clean, quiet hotel room and quality restaurant with live music. Great overnight stay with family. Efficient and personable staff.

Stay away from this atrocious staffed hotel, especially giovanni (front end mgmr). First and foremost, their rooms are dirty. There was stuck on old gum on the handle bar in the shower. Gross! We stayed here with my two little kids for one night. We get a call 4 hrs after we checked out from this ruthless and mean spirited employee claiming that they banned us from the property due to a previous incident on one of their sister properties (Springhill suites by Marriott in bellport, ny) where we were kicked out because my 17 month old baby was being too loud bc he was crying during the night (my baby wasn't feeling well) and it was, "interrupting their nurses". When I rebutted to their mgmt, they told me that "I should pick up my baby and give him a hug to calm down", pretty much insinuating that I'm a bad parent. Babies cry.... that's what they do!!! As a result, we were kicked out of here too. The audacity on giovanni to call us 4 hrs after we checked out and do this henious act to my family and on top of that, be too chicken to talk to us face to face. Absolutely insane and discriminatory! This is unprofessional tactic to address a guest. This is a money hungry hotel...definitely not family oriented! The upper mgmt left a reply to my review pretty much telling me, f you, in a nice way. Horrible! Hospitality isnt within their company's values. They aren't worth giving business to, not even for the lowest price. They don't care about their guests, only their $. Do not stay here....be warned!!

I was very happy with the room, the amenities, and the restaurant. Staff were helpful and kind. Excellent stay for the price.

Great Stay, Awesome Staff The check in process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and quick. The only downside if you are a light sleeper is this hotel is close to a major highway so the highway noise can get loud. We were on the first floor and at times we could hear it. I believe if we had requested a room in the back or on a higher floor the noise would not have been a problem. Also the first room we were in had a chemical smell and after the second night it just got worst, we request a new room and the staff was quick without question offer us a new room right down the way. I give them HIGH ratings just for this because most places I been in would have question more and this didn't happen. Our room was change without question. I would stay here again when we are visiting family
