I guess this is what Southern hospitality is all about. I travel and I never met a front desk person like Cheyenne, she was bubbling with friendliness. Also everybody that works there seems to be truly happy great location great stay.

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect for us when visiting family nearby. The staff at the hotel are all really friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast area to the cleaning team. It's comfortable with ample parking. The gym is pretty decent, large with treadmills, bikes, and almost a full set of weights. The room itself definitely needs a refresh. The bathroom wallpaper is torn and faded and all the furniture looks really dated. There is a chair as well as a desk and none of it is bad, just old. It was fine for our stay but I hope that they get a chance to do some remodeling soon.

We were just passing through the Raleigh area visiting a friend for the night and we decided to stay in the Hampton suites . We had our two dogs. It was excellent – – the staff super friendly the room, big the bed king size comfortable the shower, strong towels, room, clean highly recommend. Strong free hot coffee in the morning. Excellent location safe and clean. Stay here!

Nice area. Getting to other cities nearby were only about 20-30 minutes from hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby less than 20 minutes. Kind and friendly staff. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was not open at the time. I was not aware you had to ask for full room service for the room to clean.
