We had booked and paid for a 2p room with a balcony. On arrival the weekend desk had made a mistake so a room without a balcony. After paying an additional 75€, a mere euro, we got the broom closet, probably a staff room but with a balcony. Bathroom with a thick moldy curtain, beds from the 70s, where you are afraid of being murdered by protruding bed springs, broken minibar, super bad internet, no connection on TV. The kitchen was good though. Too bad they chose an English-speaking manager. It seems like a move from a Dutch retirement home to the coast. Multilingual, nicely presented but at least speak the native language. After two days we left for a hotel focused on the wishes of the guest of 2024. This was the t****th time Fletcher for us but also the last. Fletcher's offer on Monday morning when everything was empty or we were still interested in another room, we declined. This incident cost us €600 but anything is better than this. Fletcher thinks it can survive with a purchase of run-down hotels and a lick of paint. This falls under money-making in our opinion. Anyway, do you still want to try it? You have our victory, regards
