Most importantly they do not treat their guests fairly or with good will. I would steer clear of this hotel. We checked in earlier in the day and placed our baggage in the room and then left for our family event. Upon our return later that evening, the room smelled of smoke - particularly smelled like someone smoked **** in the room, or maybe adjoining area. It is supposed to be a smoke free property. My wife is sensitive to smoke due to allergies so we requested a different room and the front desk advised that they were full and nothing they can do. OK - I understand these things happen. So we load our car and check-out. (Mind you we did not sleep in the beds or make any mess) I advised the manager they could rent our room to someone else because we could not stay and asked for a refund. I was told to discuss with the manager the next day. Fast forward, after three days of phone calls and messages they only want to refund 10% of the charges despite our inability to use their services. I left the room rent able to another guest but they are too greedy to refund our room charges. I think its shameful and they do not respond in good faith. Oh yeah. Check out this dirty desk chair... its gross

It was okay. Nice price. There was hair in shower when we checked in. Fitness room was filthy. Okay machines no dumbells. Cracking balls. Pool was nice and breakfast good.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had several options. Property felt safe. The pool was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Clean room but small for the price I paid. Pet friendly but you pay extra. Bathroom is small. Minimal noise from the interstate

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. WATCH OUT ON HOW YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS. IT GOES THROUGH A THIRD PARTY AND THEY CHARGE YOU DOUBLE THE PRICE. AND THE TV DOES NOT WORK, THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK, AND THE PLACE SMELLS.

Clean room and bath. Decent basic breakfast. Two Story older building. Stay was adequate for an overnight stop. I had a handicapped room which was very comfortable. Slept well but highway noise was present in back so ask for front facing room.
