Very up to date decor and so quiet. Coffee shop . Not included in your fee. This hotel is less expensive than other downtown hotels and nicer. Fun to walk around the beautiful Hope College campus and Holland parks. Just a block from 8th Street shops.We stayed overnight after walking to a Holland Symphony concert. Perfect.

Do not give your information to this hotel, someone on the inside has stolen my card info twice now to pay for their family to stay the night! Got a fraud alert from my bank saying someone charged a hotel reservation on my account. Thankfully my bank recouped my money when it happened last year, they just did it again for over $400 today. When you try to tell the manager she just says there’s no refunds.. insane!

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The rooms are nice and roomy. The hotel has no microwaves. I was surprised how inconvenient it is to not have a microwave. The staff are all very nice. They went out of their way to help me warm a compress to put on my eye that had to be microwaved for 10 seconds. So they have a secret microwave hidden in the bowels of the hotel. 😄 But they did it and It was greatly appreciated! Special shout out to Hillary at the front desk who was particularly helpful and very personable. One downside was that our alarm clock went off at 6 AM. It was difficult to figure out how to make it stop ringing. We ended up unplugging it from the wall. But when we plugged it back in it was still set for 6 AM. And it took some time for us to figure out how to turn the alarm off. And we were awake by then. I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the downtown area. Or at least to the touristy downtown area. And the parks. And the tulips. 🌷 We came for the tulips. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Great size. Modern, and very comfortable. Great location on the campus and in relation to the downtown. Would have liked a continental breakfast, but knew there was not going in. Staff very friendly. On-site parking convenient.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Located near the downtown/entertainment district, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We will make this our primary hotel in Holland from now on. High recommended!

The hotel is beautiful as are the fixtures and furnishings. The hotel was busy due to a ladies conference on campus but was never noisy or crowded. The toiletries were upscale. The coffee in the room is an illy espresso machine. I actually just prefer a regular cup of coffee but I understand this is a more luxury brand. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm. For almost $300/night I expect a more plush mattress. Looking through the reviews most are complementary of the beds which I find perplexing. Other than that the staff is friendly and it is a beautiful clean hotel within walking distance to the restaurants and breweries.

It was perfect as always! The fact that they are so close to Hope’s campus is a major plus for us as the kids can easily and quickly get to our room and we can walk to their events most of the time! The staff are awesome but I would like to see them in orange and blue to celebrate their Hope family!♥️

At our most recent stay, we were exceptionally please with our room at the Haworth Hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and wonderful amenities. Super convenient location nestled in the heart of Holland, MI, and the Hope College campus.
