Guest access: This property is a 2 unit complex with separate entrances and private garages (Similar to a condo with each homes garage separating each unit). Guests will have access to 1 of the 2 units. The only conjoining wall is the sides of the garages to ensure maximum privacy. This property includes a shared driveway and back yard. Worried about having bad neighbors? Don't be!
