The hotel is very old. Very in need of renovation. THE SERVICE is very bad. I would not recommend anyone.

Es un lugar sencillo pero con mucho encanto. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue la atención del personal: siempre amables, sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que fuera. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde que llegas. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, aunque tenía algunos detalles que podrían mejorar, como el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba tanto como esperábamos, y la ducha que a veces tenía poca presión. Nada grave, pero se nota que podrían darle un pequeño mantenimiento. El restaurante me gustó muchos bien servidos y a buen precio. Eso sí, después de unos días el menú se siente algo repetitivo, así que si te quedas más tiempo podrías querer salir a comer fuera también. En general, el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y acogedor. Ideal para relajarse y desconectarse un poco. Le doy 4 estrellas

Mi consejo es cerrar la instalación,caro y para el mal servicio,da verguenzaq con tan pésima calidad en todo porq realment no hay ni1sola cosa positiva,islazul debería tomar medidas,este hotel es una mancha para la cadena,mi familia la pasó mal
