Hotel abbastanza centrale a pochi metri dal parco de los flores. Buona struttura con camera grande e confortevole anche se un pò rumorosa in quanto sulla strada. Nel bagno non c'era nessun tipo di sapone e la colazione era scarsa, non consono soprattutto per un hotel a 4 stelle. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

El hotel Caballeriza by Mystique es un magnífico hotel de ciudad. Con una ubicación privilegiada, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Holguín, ideal para reuniones y cenas de negocios. Las habitaciones muy bonitas con una hermosa decoración, muy limpias y confortables. Las chicas de Recepción muy amables y profesionales. El servicio del bar de excelencia y en general todo el equipo de trabajo muy preocupados por hacerte sentir bienvenido. Gracias a todos los trabajadores y la dirección del hotel !!!

Un lugar que superó mis expectativas por su eficiencia, desde que llegamos la recepcionista nos recibió con una sonrisa cálida y una actitud amable y de extrema cortesía. Los chicos del bar muy amables y la comida de excelente calidad. Ciertamente la profesionalidad y calidad humana son un pilar fundamental en este maravilloso hotel.
