Just returned from another amazing holiday at The Club Barbados. Had the most fabulous time. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help. Caroline greeted me every morning to check all was ok and would rectify any problems efficiently. Mia in Dining arranged for me to try my first fish cutter, Marcia love you, Kieron helped to get TV on so my husband could watch the football, Trevon made the pool sparkle and was so helpful, Vinnie, Sophia and Kevin in the Bars were amazing and Sophia even gave me her mosquito repellant. There are so many more that were so wonderful but I don’t know their names. The food was so good and varied. The drinks were perfectly made and a wide variety of premium drinks were available (except Malibu for my daughter ). The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and new towels left. There were plenty of sun beds and the water sports team were so helpfulThis hotel is the best. I may be a bit bias as we did get married there 2 years ago but I don’t want to go anywhere else. The Club and Barbados have my heart. We are already planning our holiday to return next year.

Sharad from water sports is SENSATIONAL! He went over and above to give us the most wonderful guest experience! He’s so effervescent and accommodating. The resort is fabulous. Excellent service, facilities, beautiful views and top chefs. The attention to detail is remarkable. Book your stay today. We came from Toronto, Canada and look forward to returning. Much appreciation to all the staff.

I booked 2 x 1 bedroom ocean view suites and emailed the General Manager Caroline before we arrived to ask that we have a proper balcony as a lot of the rooms have Juliette balconies and was assured by Caroline that my request had been sent to reservations. On arrival we were allocated 2 rooms that the living room is completely open plan with no balcony doors, no air con and the room was extremely hot and had loads of mosquitos so was basically un useable to be able to sit in to relax or use as a work area as my husband required. We went straight to reception and said that this was not what we had requested and they told us that they couldn't do anything until the next day. We went back the following morning and spoke to Jennifer who agreed to move both rooms to the enclosed living rooms with a proper balcony and air con however they then told us later on that we would have to wait until the following day to change the 2nd room and to go back to see Jennifer at 12 midday the following day which we did but after waiting for 30 minutes while the reception staff tried to find her we were then told she was on lunch and that she would come and find us. After waiting all day nobody came to find us and we eventually found Jennifer who said that we could move to a ground floor but the room offered was on the ground floor on a walk way and had multiple air con units on the sitting area and no balcony so we were told to go back at 9am the following day and they would move us to a first floor room. While having breakfast the following day the General Manager Caroline came to see and was frankly quite dismissive of our requests and when I said that the room was full of mosquitos she told us in a very patronising way that she didn't realise that mosquitos could fly to the 1st floor! which I can assure you Caroline they definitely can as my bites prove it!! However she did agree that we could be moved and that Jennifer would arrange this so we then went back to see Jennifer and she wouldn't even come to reception and told the staff on reception to offer us the same ground floor room that we had refused. After 4 days of living out of suitcases as we were told we would be moved and going back and forth to reception multiple times and no one coming to let us know what was happening we gave up as had spent so much time of our holiday trying to sort the situation out but was basically treated like we were a nuisance and ignored. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have an open air living room absolutely ridiculous and un useable with no air con. Not impressed with Caroline or Jennifer as they seem to have the same couldn't care attitude as does most of the reception staff when you ask for anything and don't bother emailing requests beforehand as these are ignored. Only provided with 4 bottles of water and even though the rooms had a fridge when we asked for more water we were told that they only give 4 bottles for the whole stay and if we wanted the fr

I’ve been to Barbados 7 times and stayed in some amazing hotels but I can Honestly say the club Barbados is by far my favourite. The rooms are Spacious spotless and has a feel of the Caribbean. We had a ground floor room which was perfect for enjoying early coffee and taking in the beautiful grounds which is kept beautiful. A short walk to the amazing pools which has plenty of sun Lounges to enjoy and relax. The food is spot on with so much choice my Favourite was the breakfast with so much choice from cooked food to fresh fruit, yoghurts and porridge . Dinner has 2 different restaurants which were Exceptional . The manager ( Caroline) and her staff went the extra mile And beyond To make sure you had the dream holiday and wow it was just that . I will be returning next year for my 3 rd visit to this hotel, 5⭐️ all the way .

If you want friendly staff, an intimate hotel (that takes max 1 minute to get to everything) this is for you. I cant praise this hotel enough if I could give it 10 stars I would. The staff are what make this hotel, they cannot do enough for you and always have a great smile and attitude. The boss lady who runs the hotel Caroline is an absolute angel, she is a fantastic manager who is always there to listen and take feedback. Its so nice that she mixes with the guests and always makes time for them. The food is fabulous, traditional bajan food, and all other cultures. Not once did my water run out as they are always topping it up. The pool guys are great, making sure the pool is clean and if you need a cocktail or 2 whilst your sunbathing. This hotel really feels like a family and I cant wait for myself and my mum to go back. 3 years in a row!! 5****

We had a great time and are so happy we came here!! The majority of the staff that we met were quite polite, professional and accommodating. The food was very good, varied and plentiful. There were numerous vegan and vegetarian options as well. We always felt we had options for food, drink and entertainment. The bar drinks were well made and the bartenders were friendly and engaging. The nightly entertainment was not your typical mega resort shows. Which we thought was a positive. Several nights there were two piece bands playing mostly familar songs. People danced and enjoyed themselves. While we're not typically karaoke people we stayed and watched the performers. We were struck by how many truly good singers there were doing karaoke. We're glad we stayed for it. Overall, the vibe of this place is super chill. People respected each other's space and raucous, obnoxious behavoir was no where in sight. This is an older property that has been going through continous renovation. Not everything was perfect. However, it's clear management is contnuing to make upgrades. We were in building two. Our room was spacious enough for us and the bed and furnishings were in good shape. We had a nice sized covered patio that allowed us to get out of the sun but still feel like we were part of things. The air conditioning is a modern Split type system. It more than cooled our room. It worked great and really made sleeping and being in our room much more enjoyable. The bathroom had been renovated too. The water pressure was great and we had no plumbing issues what so ever. The beach and swimming areas were great! True, the beach that belongs to the hotel has an erosion wall. However, that did not prevent people from swimming and snorkling there. There are stairs at each end of the beach that provide water access. There are a couple of round water loungers that are anchored off the shore. Many people, including us, used them. It was quite pleasant. When facing the water and looking left you'll see Sandy Lane Beach. It's definitely worth walking there for a swim. There aren't any lounge chairs there and that was fine with us. We enjoyed taking periodic walks there during the day. The water was not too warm there and there was NO seaweed. The hotel has plenty of cushioned lounge chairs in the beach and pools areas. We had no problem finding a place for ourselves. No matter what time of day it was the majority of people both guests and employees were smiling. When you're in a paradise it's hard to be grumpy. Thank you to all of the staff at CBR&S for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. P.S. For what it's worth....This was our first time in Barbados. We're from the US and decided to rent a car. We had planned to go sightseeing and tour the island. Our drive to and from the airport changed our minds about that. The roads are narrow and a bit unsettling at times. When we return to Barbados we will hire drivers for the airport and any exploding that we wish to

I had a distressing experience at this resort in June 2025. As a first-time kayaker, I clearly told staff I had no experience. I received almost no instruction, no waiver, and was sent into high-tide waters without supervision. We got stranded and panicked no staff came to help. Back on shore, we were blamed instead of supported. The resort was also not clean my room and public areas were poorly maintained. Some staff were kind, but others were dismissive. Guest clerk CathyAnn was rude, unhelpful, and tried to blame me when issues arose from their own failings. When I asked management for compensation, I was given vague apologies and excuses. I booked through their official number, yet was told they couldn’t help because it was “the U.S. office.” I left emotionally shaken and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this resort to anyone who values safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
