In addition, the top floor offers a luxurious primary bedroom and bathroom with its own private balcony to take in the nature preserve/marsh. The primary bedroom is also steps away from a private office with balcony, perfect for your zoom meetings while at the beach! This incredible home also offers a unique fourth floor reading nook to spend some quiet time with a good book. To access the second level, take the elevator or walk down the custom stairwell. Here you will find an espresso bar to greet you, in addition to 4 bedrooms and an additional family room. 3 of the bedrooms offer king-sized beds. The 4th bedroom offers custom-built tri-bunk beds and a queen bed. From the secondary family room, you can access another large covered deck with beautiful views and ample seating area with swinging bench, steps away from the pool!
