The beds were super comfortable! Like, man, if you are looking for a place to crash after a day exloring the island, that's a great spot. Close to the center, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Buuut there wasn't hot water at the hotel, and construction all around.

Excelente ubicación, super limpio, la atención extraordinaria. Lo recomendamos ampliamente. El restaurante Mizael, adjunto al hotel tiene una magnífica panadería, muy recomendable. Muchas gracias DİEGO, eres un excelente anfitrión.

El hotel se encuentra en remodelacion (lo cual no te informan antes de reservar), no puedes descanzar en tu habitacion ya que todo el dia escuchas martillazos, golpes, etc, etc, propios de una construccion, es insoportable el ruido, las habitaciones no cuentan con cajas de seguridad, ppr lo que tienes que cargar con tus pertenencias todo el dia

Excellent stay at Awa Hotel! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. It was our first time in Holbox and I think we made the best choice. Jenny at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. She’s lovely. What I will remember the most is… THE FOOD!!! The chef is out of this world. Everything we tried was excellent. The fish tacos, the French toasts (and I’m French!), our kids are very peaky but they always find something to eat (the Pizza is amazing as well as the chicken fingers) The staff is very welcoming and hard-working. (Thank you, Agustin! Sasha!) On our first day, I fell in LOVE with the smell of Copal incense, and this nice guy who was burning some by the bar, gave me a piece of copal for me to bring back home. I found that very sweet of him, I still have it and it’s going back to New York with me! Thank you, everybody, we’ll be back for sure ❤️ take care!

El hotel es lindo pero tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Nos robaron todo el dinero de la habitacion. No tiene cofre en las habitaciones y tampoco nos permitieron dejarlo en un cofre en administracion. El hotel toma personal que desaparece en el dia , expone nuestras pertenencias y luego no se hace responsable. Dijeron tener camaras de seguridad que luego no existian. Yo no lo recomiendo para nada.

Excelente servicio!! Los chavos de recepción super amables y siempre dándonos recomendaciones. Un hotel muy bonito para quedarse. Siento que en las habitaciones, solo les falta un poco más de luz, porque a veces llega a estar un poco oscuro.

El hotel esta cerca del centro y del ferry , las habitaciones estan muy bien y tiene una picina muy linda aunque un poco fria. El desayuno esta muy rico aunque un poco escaso. El personal muy atento y servicial en especial Jhonatan que siempre fue muy atento. Muy buena relacion calidad precio.
