Só uma pessoa na recepção e essa fica pouco sinalizada. A estrutura do ohotel e a localidade são excelentes. Apesar de tudo foi uma boa experiência e eu recomendaria. Difícil acesso de transporte para quem vem de uber. Cancelaram três vezes a corrida para a Holambra devido a pedágios. Seria interessante, o hotel oferecer já na reserva opções de motoristas para buscar e elvar os hospédes que não estão de carro.

Péssima experiência. Quarto mofado, sujo, insalubre, serviço amador e totalmente despreparados. Um horror. Café da manhã horrível e instalações precárias, uma afronta e desrespeito com hóspedes e com a bela cidade de Holambra. Reservamos 4 diárias, voltamos antes mesmo de completarmos a segunda diária.

Estadia deliciosa.
Gostamos bastante do hotel, café da manhã farto, atendimento cortês e gentil. O som ligado logo no às oito da manhã é desnecessário, visto que o hotel tem paisagismo lindo, com pássaros visitantes e natureza ao redor.

Quartos sem janelas
O local é bonito e agradável, no entanto, o hotel deveria avisar que os quartos standart, que diga-se de passagem são a maioria dos quartos, não tem janelas. Nos sentimos enclausurados pela falta de ventilação e iluminação..

De encontro com as flores e Natureza
Hotel bem localizado numa área com muito verde e em contato com a natureza. Tem vaga de estacionamento. O quarto necessita de reforma que já está sendo feito em alguns quartos. O café da manhã contém algumas frutas, pães e iogurtes que atende de um modo geral. Tem piscina, quadra de esportes (volei, futebol) e uma churrasqueira.
Retornarei assim que possível.

Hotel bom, quarto tamanho bom para família porém péssima manutenção ref. a privada do banheiro. Descarga com lentidão, impossível duas pessoas ir ao banheiro na sequencia em tempo de 10min, TV sem programação, canal básico aberto ou seja sem nenhum desenho para criança!

CHECK IN NA CHUVA
Achei o geral razoável. É um hotel meio rural, apesar de próximo da cidade.
O que achei bizarro foi o fato do atendimento para o check in ser feito através de uma janela. Nunca tinha visto isso. O pior, no meu caso, é que estava chovendo. Fiz o check-in literalmente na chuva.

Estadia no geral muito boa, fomos bem atendidos , acomodações super confortáveis , porém a suíte tinha uma hidromassagem , mas não conseguimos usar , pois a água saia suja .
