I like this hotel located at quiet area and near to night market which is convenient for us to get food and shopping. We are able to walk a few minutes to those famous attractions like Japanese covered bridge, etc

A small village house type hotel. The location is quite good and 5-minute walk away from the old market. Breakfast is provided by another hotel nearby. The room is a bit small. The great thing is the balcony. The air conditioner works well that we can have a nice sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay at LACASA OLD TOWN VILLA! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the ancient old town, making it very convenient for exploring Hoi An.
The service was exceptional, especially from “Ting Ting”, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and delicious local food, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
Our room was near the garden, so there were quite a few mosquitoes at first. After giving our feedback to Ting Ting, he promptly arranged for mosquito disinfection, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the room was clean, and the hospitality was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Hoi An!

Huge moldy spot on the ceiling. Unacceptable to us as we were traveling with an infant. The staff was very quick to provide us an alternative room at the hotel across the street which we are grateful for. We ended up moving to another hotel for the second night as they only had the alternative room available for one night.
