Firstly think this homestay is good , at good location yet still clean and spacious. Just bathrooms cleanliness may can be cleaner. But end up same as some earlier comments which is abit dishonest,that we get tricked to a very high laundry price 6 times more than market rate.we thought it’s 17k/kg when we asked as this is the market rate , end up we got charged 70k/kg and weight seems heavier as a medium bag, end up paid ~350k higher than my luggage fees just for the laundry. Will also keep asking you for other service like spa or transport With plenty restaurants nearby but it’s at night market side still need cross the river to main tourists spot, it’s abit difficult to walk cross during raining day. Restaurants madam lau near to it is good

Convenient and very near to night market and old town

Convenient location to walk to the old quarters of Hội An. Only less than 5 mins to cross the bridge. Quiet too

The room was well made and spacious though it does look a bit smaller than in pictures. There are no elevators though so you would have to carry your bags up. The distance between the place and the old town isnt far, about more than 5 minutes walk.

It’s so close to an ancient town and also market. Good for budget hotel in town..

The room is good, but the laundry is quite expensive. I sent my laundry at 3pm and they told me will send it to my room when the laundry is done. At night 10pm I ask about the laundry, and they said will send it tomorrow morning. In the morning at 8am still not done and said néed 1 more hour. After long wait, I come down to take the laundry and they don't even help to fold the laundry. I pay around 250000 dong. Other than this issue, the room is comfortable, and clean. Easy to excess to the nearest attraction area. Just to remind, there is no lift in this hotel.

Rooms are extremely comfortable with top notch cleaning. They accommodate your request, so must say it’s an excellent choice at a very good price.

Since I’m booking Family Room, the price is reasonable and the room is very big and comfy. Talking about their location is good, since it near the night market (which is easy for us to enjoy the night time). The owner can speak English which easy to communicate and she helps us to find the taxi (from HoiAn to Danang) with reasonable price. However, about their facilities is a bit old (the hot water and shower broken, after inform the owner they fix it yet it broken again). ***Don’t forget to try their local Cup Noodle 👍

It was the first time I encountered such an exaggerated thing. I ordered a late-night snack delivery at 00:40, but I watched helplessly as the delivery man was unable to get in because the door was locked. No one answered the phone call to the hotel. What if? What happened? The tenants couldn’t escape. I was really shocked!

Great location right next to the night market and with all main attractions within walking distance! The room was simple and had everything we needed. We had trouble sleeping because of the noise and light in the hallway. We recommend the hotel to add some shades to the windows facing to the hallway. The hospitality and service we got was passive but not unfriendly.

2 nights stay, no cleaning room on our second day stay. The location was good walking distance near by.

The hotel is near to Ancient Town where you can walk to there within few minutes. It is also near to Night Market but the street is quiet and not disturbed by the crowds. Some massage & spa shops are around the hotel too. The hotel also provides motor rental and transportation service. The room is very clean and big. It makes us feel comfortable during the stay!

Unbeatable location close to the old town, very convenient, and not noisy at night despite the proximity of the night market. Highly recommended.

owner is kind & helpful and can speak in english well. room is clean enough. fews of restaurant and mini mart are nearby hotel. can walk to old town and river in few minutes.
