The staff was kind to us, but the room was not very clean. It smelled like it hadn’t been opened for a while, as there was dust, and in the corner next to the curtain, there was a spiderweb. The soap in the bathroom was empty, and early in the morning, the area in front of our room was very noisy.

A small but perfectly adequate room for a stay in Hoi An. I would use this home stay again.

Rooms are clean and new. We be nice if there would be more than one option for breakfast.

Not the best amenities but it was suitable for a comfortable short stay.

Very polite and customer friendly! The room is clean, saving costs for guests! Especially guests who ask for permission to check out an hour late are still very friendly! Thank you Boss Guest house! Will definitely come back and introduce friends and relatives!

Bad choice! We had chosen this guesthouse for its many references. The hotel is charming, well located, and the welcome was attentive. The rooms - small - are modern, recently renovated and very clean. We booked 2 nights on site. But the first morning, we were woken up at 7am by the noise: the owners had decided to renovate and break down the walls of the room below us. Jackhammer, blows from clubs, music and shouts from the workers... so it was impossible to sleep! We then understood why we were the only guests of the hotel. It was impossible to negotiate an early departure: 2 nights being booked in advance we had to stay and suffer the same thing the next morning. Barely an apology, not a commercial gesture when the laundry done on site was billed twice as expensive as elsewhere. What a shame.

Super Best Host Jenny and her family! Great location! Jenny helps in everything you need! Really Green garden, close to old town and night market. rooms and bathroom really clean, balcony to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended! Greetings from Georgia Jenny!

This was one of my favorite stays during my year long travels. The room was super clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. You can’t beat the location, and the family that runs the home stay are so incredibly nice and helpful. Great value, don’t hesitate to stay here.
