Mittelmäßig freundliches Personal, keine ausreichenden Parkplätze, der Fön im Bad ist typisch 90 er Jahre Qualität- viel Lärm und kaum Funktion. Es gab keine kosmetiktücher im Bad … nicht einmal ein Geburtstagsgruss für meine Freundin, obwohl darum in der Anmeldung angegeben und auch im Telefonat bei der Buchung des Late checkout angesprochen. Das ist unaufmerksam. Und 50€ plus für Late checkout ist unangemessen. insgesamt eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber es mangelt an den vielen Kleinigkeiten. Das erwarte und kenne ich bei einem Hotel der Preisklasse anders.

Ich habe ein Tischtennis-Wochenende im Hotel Zugbrücke verbracht. Rund um die Trainingseinheiten habe ich das schöne Zimmer (Kategorie Westerwald) in absolut ruhiger Naturlage, das tolle Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Serviceteam und leckerem, abwechslungsreichen Buffet und den Spa-Bereich genossen. Vor Ort habe ich mich absolut wohlgefühlt und bin gut zur Ruhe gekommen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Hallo, kleiner Abstrich beim Frühstücksbuffet. Ich bin 2x frühzeitig(07:15 Uhr) beim Frühstücksbuffet gewesen. Wurst,Schinken,Käse etc. haben auf nicht wirklich frisch gewirkt. Sonnst war alles Super. Liebe Grüße

Es war einfach ein Traum. Service, Ambiente, Essen, alles vom Feinsten. Nach 2 Tagen im Hotel Zugbrücke hab ich mich gefühlt, als hätte ich 1 Woche Urlaub gehabt.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Lediglich eine Dame im Restaurantservice kam nicht besonders freundlich rüber. Als Veganerin habe ich mich über das Angebot gefreut, würde mir aber zum Abendessen zusätzlich zum Gemüse noch zum Beispiel Tofu oder Getreidebratlinge wünschen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

cozy, clean, good service, good location, nice experience. the spa area is very confortable. the food was excellent, the place is very nice for trekking and discover fantastic routes for walking or biking. recommended 100%
