Have been staying here for a night. The hotel is brand new and very clean. Excellent service from both reception and cleaning staff. Across the street is a big shopping center and a beautiful park, very close to the city center. I will stay here again when I come back to Hohhot!

The room is very comfortable. The girl with glasses at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Changing rooms is quite troublesome, but the girl has been helping me communicate. I am very satisfied. The breakfast is self-service with a lot of variety. There is also a laundry room, swimming pool, yoga teacher, and gym that can be used for free. The main thing is that the staff is very good and the stay is comfortable. I will come again next time. I mainly recommend this hotel

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

The hotel has complete facilities and equipment, good environment, spacious and bright. Check-in is equipped with an exclusive housekeeper Xu Yanchun, who is warm, thoughtful, and responsive. The room is cleaned twice a day, and the service is in place. The breakfast is rich, nutritious and delicious, and it is a very good stay experience. Recommended!!!

Booked this room when I went to watch a concert at Hohhot Stadium. It's about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's quite convenient to enter and leave the venue. The corner room with city view has a view of the racecourse and stadium next to it! For takeout, you can order the famous mutton Shaomai nearby, which is also delivered by a robot~
