Das gesamte Team überragend hilfsbereit und freundlich, man hat sich sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt, die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf Neuschwanstein , die Suite war geräumig und wunderschön, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen , das Bett/Matraze perfekt, sehr gutes Frühstück..es fehlte an nichts Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses tolle Hotel nur empfehlen.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room with a view of the castle, so nice and clean. Breakfast buffet also a lot of options. I tried to get tickets for the next day to see the castle but was unable to, the hotel owner made it happen. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful and clean boutique hotel at the foothills of Neuschwanstein Castle. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and modern! We had a beautiful view of the castle from our balcony. Staff was always friendly and accommodating! They give you a pass for the local bus to Fussen which we used twice! Nice breakfast as well!! Highly recommend!

Wir können dieses Hotel 100% weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Lage ist super, bisschen abseits und trotzdem noch mitten drin. Perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Schlösser und viele Wanderwege. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück super und alles da was man braucht. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Ein schönes Hotel, sehr zentral. Schlösser zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Durch die Gästekarte vom Hotel, könnten wir kostenlos den Bus nutzen . Alles sehr sauber, lecker Frühstück und unheimlich nettes Personal. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent, updated accommodations. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the splendor of the mountains. When we checked in, Judith was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us figure out our plans. We had to change our travel plans due to lower Austria flooding. She was so very kind and helpful.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje en la zona. El servicio y atención es muy buena y la dueña esta presente de tus necesidades. La ubicación queda perfecta para la visita al castillo y con muy buena vista del mismo. Cuartos muy limpios y actuales con AC.

Das Hotel liegt unterhalb von Schloss Neuschwanstein und wir hatten aus underem Zimmer direkten Blick auf das Schloss. Das Hotel und die Gartenanlgen sind sehr gepflegt und einladend. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig ausgestattet und barrierefrei. Grosszügige Kleiderschränke und ein gutes Bett. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Morgens ein reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffett welches viele Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in time, with luggage and stayed in Hohenschwangau well after check-out time and they allowed us to keep our bags there in a secure area both before and after. They also allowed us to use the restroom facilities and helped us with transportation and other planning details. Can't say enough about the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Will definitely stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig if we come back to the region!!!
