新天鵝堡山腳下的酒店～前台老爺爺非常幫忙，我們到店已經晚上十點多了，他還熱心的幫我們預約第二天新天鵝堡的門票（沒有附加費用）
房間面積ok，簡單不簡陋～
酒店自帶停車場，自家也非常方便，而且這個小鎮很安全，不用擔心行李～
酒店早餐的窗邊可以看到新天鵝堡，氛圍一流。

房間乾淨整潔,坐在酒店的1樓餐廳吃飯能看到天鵝堡,第2天去天鵝堡也很方便，酒店出門就可以上山，出發到天鵝堡走路大概半小時。

We wrote an email direct to the hotel & asked for a room with a direct view to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The hotel has upgraded us to the best room with a direct view to the castle, it was a suite! It’s definitely the best room available.
The Reception Lady is very friendly and helpful.
However the room amenities are very poor except liquid bath soap no others are provided ( no shampoo, no body cream, no shower caps etc ).
We received welcome drinks vouchers but it can only be redeemed between 18:00 - 20:00, no soft drinks, no coffee, no beers! I assume, it’s a pitfall so the guests would have dinner at the same time.

這家酒店是去新天鵝城堡遊覽入住的最佳選擇，酒店裡高天鵝堡很近，步行可達。去新天鵝堡如果時間寬裕可以步行前往，大概30-40分鐘，也可以在門前搭乘馬車前往。前台服務不錯，主動問訊有什麼需要等還很幫忙。
酒店房間很大！還有陽台，上面有座椅可以看山。房間設施齊全，還可以泡澡🛀，床很舒服，早餐也好，餐廳的窗外就可以看見天鵝城堡。
入住還有welcome drink。wine and beer both are available.😊
酒店有自己的停車場並免費。這裏駕車去菲森小鎮10分鐘。

非常好的傳統旅館，在登山道口對面，酒店門口是馬車上客下客點，走5分鐘是巴士站，很方便，服務生態度熱情，餐廳水準也不錯，有點貴但值得
