Worst hotel experience of my life! Beware of IHG and franchises. My stay at the Holidays Inn and suites, Hoffman Estates, Illinois. July 05, 2025. Hotel employee who commuted these violations against myself: Deanna Johnson. The hotel manager was abusive to me, threatening to me, acted in an illegal manner. She unlawfully called the police on me and illegally told me to leave the hotel, simply because I questioned duplicate charges from the hotel. There were no legal grounds for this and this violated hotel policy and my legal rights as a hotel guest. Simply because I was lawfully disputing excessive charges from the hotel. I was peaceful, respectful at all times. This is illegal, violates Illinois law and the hotel’s own policy. I contacted IHG customer support, they did nothing.

I had the privilege of hosting my distinguished guests, a vibrant band from India, at this splendid hotel. Nestled conveniently near Interstate 90 and other major highways, the location was ideal for their travels. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness and the inviting lobby area were impressive. The rooms and suites provided a cozy haven for relaxation. My guests were thoroughly delighted with their stay, particularly raving about the aromatic coffee. The breakfast was a delightful culinary experience. Special thanks to Dee and Alpesh Patel for their warm hospitality that made my guests feel truly at home. This hotel is indeed a gem.
