我在Trip平台搜尋德國福森小鎮附近酒店，平台顯現了福森小鎮週邊酒店，地理位置有點遠，但我覺得開車是可以到達的，所以當下訂了這家酒店，確定後，透過手機GPS定位酒店位置，才發現酒店位於奧地利領土。讓我不可思議的事，我搜尋的德國福森小鎮為什麼跑到奧地利領土Trip平台都沒有告知。ps因為奧地利政府不承認台灣駕照。因此，無法自駕到該酒店。發現問題後，詢問Trip平台是否辦理退款，平台回覆要跟酒店討論，最後結果是不予退款。我欣然接受，因為是我自己下的訂單，但是我要說的是平台給我的資訊是不正確的。所以是否也要付起責任。比如我再booking的平台他就會告知酒店位置在哪裡。最後，我決定放棄入住。但我有權利給予負評。

Begin april verbleven we twee nachten in Hotel Garni Die Lilie en we waren echt enthousiast! Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, vlak bij Reutte, en ademt de charme van de streek. Onze kamer was ruim, zeer verzorgd en kraaknet – met een eigen terras. ’s Morgens wakker worden met zicht op de bergen was gewoonweg zalig. De badkamer was modern en erg mooi ingericht, met een bijzonder aangename douche. Het contact met het hotel was vanaf het begin hartelijk en professioneel – ondanks onze late aankomst kregen we duidelijke instructies over hoe we onze sleutel konden ophalen. Ook tijdens ons verblijf waren zowel de uitbater als het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absoluut hoogtepunt was het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet: met zorg gepresenteerd, vers, overheerlijk en geserveerd in een gezellige ontbijtzaal. Een leuk extraatje: bij de ingang staat een drankenautomaat met een ruime keuze – ideaal om ’s avonds nog iets te drinken mee te nemen naar de kamer.

Sieht von aussen etwas angewöhnt aus, man wird aber positiv überrascht sobald man eintritt. Sehr schön renoviert, top gepflegt, super Frühstück.

Wonderful place to stay!
It was amazing! Rooms are beautiful and clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
ein kleines schnuckeliges Zimmer untern Dach! Super sauber und gemütlich. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück war sagenhaft!
